With great joy I would like to introduce Blaire Whitehead to you!
Here is a bit about her (Can you tell she loves kids? She's great with them!):
I never know what to say about myself! Ah, umm... I'm an almost 23 year old and I've been going to The Well for about 8 years now. I love love love children and families and nannied for 3 years. I now work for two photographers at La Bella Vita Photography and babysit for a few families on the side. God has blessed with me with an incredible job and lots of opportunities to serve kids and try and love on them. My main ministry is the 4th-5th graders that come to the 5pm service on Sundays and want to know more about their God and how He loves them. It's the highlight of my week to be there with them and be trusted with their hurts and desires of their hearts and families. I see Jesus in our time together and have loved be a part of it for the past four years. Ah, I'm not good with writing out words so much, but I thoroughly enjoy heart to hearts in person with people! :)
I'm encouraged through hand written notes and prayer so much. My biggest love language I think is quality time with people because that's a huge way I learn from people.
The more I pray the Lord will give me more of a hunger for His word, He graciously answers! :) I used to be disciplined with memorizing scripture with a close friend, but it hasn't been a priority in my heart the past several months and I want to work on hiding His word in my heart more and more. God uses Joshua 1:8 continually to spur me on in meditating on the word. I want the words of my lips to reflect the glory of Jesus Christ and point others to Him with the accountability and community of the people He's put in my life.
What is one thing you would love to know about Blaire? Let's welcome Blaire with open arms!

Blaire, I am thankful for you!
What is one thing the Lord has taught you in the last year? What makes you laugh?
Welcome, Blaire! I look forward to getting to know you as we grow in Christ together. What is/are your favorite food(s)?
Yvonne, I love your heart and spirit! In the last year the Lord has taught me how to trust in His sovereignty above all else. That's helped me a lot with my anxiety and how I view situations He puts in my path or someone else's. Either the tv show Friends, or the things that kids say!
Debbie, thank you for welcoming me! I'm so excited to grow in deeper awe of our Savior together! My favorite foods are pastas and desserts! Particularly, cake and cupcakes. :)
Now Yvonne and Debbie, same questions! Your turn. Ready.... GO!
Welcome Blair! It is so encouraging to "see the heart" of a young person beat for Christ. Keep pouring into the lives of young ones-- the undiluted Truth mixed with grace and love will help them stand securely and share effectively. Blessing to you!!
The Lord has taught me much! There is much to learn in the wilderness. 60% of the Promised Land is desert! The Land flowing with milk and honey has more dessert than anything. He is the God of just enough. Without His provision I wouldn't have life, both spiritually speaking and physically. It has been said that "it was easy for God to get the people out of Egypt, but hard to get Egypt out of the people." The Lord needed to strip them, (and me) of myself and be utterly desperate for Him for everything! This is one thing I learned as I hiked up a cliff in the Wilderness of Zin (a desert that is not humanly survivable for an extended period of time without the Lord's provision).
Brian makes me laugh! He is witty, has a dry sense of humor...I adore him.
Welcome, Blaire! God is so faithful. Your testimony almost makes me wish that I had a 4th or 5th grader. Thank you for your willingness to invest your heart in the Lord and in kids! I look forward to journeying with you!
Yay Blaire!! I'm so glad you are in our group! Hope to see you around. :)
